As a club we have been established for 100 years and in that time we have produced many notable athletes some of whom I have had the privilege and honour of knowing. However, our club is not only about high achievers, we have also provided the opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy good health and fitness through running and athletics.
We look forward to welcoming you to our family and helping you to enjoy your athletic involvement.
